Key Responsibilities - Learning Support Assistant - Psychology Graduate
- Provide tailored support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), behavioural challenges, literacy difficulties, and language barriers.
- Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to deliver interventions that enable pupils to reach their full potential.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Help students develop their confidence, social skills, and independence.
- Contribute to the overall pastoral care and wellbeing of students.
About You - Learning Support Assistant - Psychology Graduate
