The role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Bar Back to join the bar team in The Long Bar & Grill. As

a Bar Back you will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a flair for hospitality and a strong attitude to team work. Prior experience in bars or restaurants is desirable but not required. The role consists of but is not limited to :

• Restocking beers, wines, spirits and other bar related products
• Ensuring the bar remains well stocked and organised
• Replenishment of garnishes and ingredients
• Assisting bartenders with anything they need to ensure prompt and efficient service
• Clearing of glassware from the bar and bar / restaurant floor
• Refilling of ice wells
• Changing kegs
• Wash, polish and replenish all glassware
• Maintaining a clean and tidy environment
• Assisting with opening and closing duties
