• Assist in cost control by monitoring project budgets and expenditures.
• Prepare and analyze cost estimates for construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure financial efficiency.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and verify costs.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and documentation.
• Support the senior quantity surveyor in preparing tender documents and contracts.Qualifications
• Strong understanding of cost control principles
• Ability to analyze and manage project budgets
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
