The role will involve business development using our tried and tested strategies, account management of lovely clients (we don’t accept anything else) and working closely with candidates to find them their perfect job role.
Job Purpose :
We will give you all the tools, training and support you need to be successful in this role and you will just need to have the following :

Salary and Benefits :
Excellent salary and benefits package, (£21, - £22, basic dependent upon experience) plus a fantastic unlimited bonus / commission structure with a first year realistic OTE of £40,, including a 4-day working week with 5 days pay! Working hours Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5.30pm with a one-hour lunch break, full training and ongoing support, company pension, 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, as well as additional top performer incentives, company bonuses, as well as additional incentives including team holidays, events and a clearly defined career progression path and so much more!
