We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner, to work with the wider HR / People team and key stakeholders to fully implement our Materials Analysis strategy and to lead change and transformation, whilst sustaining efforts to providing a positive culture and environment that our people feel empowered to strive and develop in.
About Materials Analysis
Materials Analysis is a group within the Oxford Instruments Group, comprising our Electron Microscopy and Mechanical Microscopy products, Atomic Force Microscopes, Raman Microscopes and Benchtop NMR.
The other Business Units are Andor Technology, NanoScience, Plasma Technology and X-Ray Technology. With a sixty-year history, and fourteen King and Queen’s Awards for Enterprise, our world-class products and technologies are helping our customers to address the greatest challenges of the 21st century.
The role :
As Senior HRBP, you are responsible for the delivery of effective and professional HR services to our people on our High Wycombe site. You will also work closely with the HRBPs within our Ulm and Santa Barbara sites to help build organisation, people capability and shape so that we can implement effective people strategies and activities across Materials Analysis. You will manage the HR Advisor, HR Graduate and work with the Talent Acquisition Partner. This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of our strategy and as such will focus on people, capability and culture, organisational development, compensation and benefits, performance management and employee relations.
