Job Opportunity : Senior Care Assistant - Nights

Salary : £13.20 per hour

Hours : 40 hours per week

Requirements

NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care - desirable

Worked in similar setting for 2 years

Minimum 1 year supervisor role experience

P4 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Senior Nights Care Assistant for an award winning company, purpose built care homebased in Lancaster, providing outstanding residential, respite and dementia care.

Overview of role

• Act as a mentor to care assistants and help them develop in their role to provide exceptional care
• Conduct Risk Assessments
• Create and develop Care Plans
• Adhere to professional standards and the Care homes' policies and procedures
• Be knowledgeable of safeguarding

Shift Pattern

2 week rolling shift pattern 8pm - 8am

Week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday

Week 2 Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
