Job Description

We are currently working on an Estates Business Partner (Surveyor) role with a Local Authority , partnering with the Children and Family Services to support estate management and ensure compliance with the Corporate Landlord model.

Rate : £500 p / d inside IR35 (Umbrella)

Duties

• Act as the Property Business Partner for Children and Family Services, providing strategic property advice aligned with the Corporate Landlord model
• Ensure service property requirements are identified, reviewed, and delivered in line with corporate asset strategies and operational needs
• Support the effective management of the council’s property portfolio, including acquisitions, disposals, and estate management activities
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure property use is efficient, cost-effective, and compliant with council policies and procedures
• Assist in developing and implementing property strategies that support service transformation and improve service delivery
