As the Commissioning Operations Manager your key responsibilities include :
Lead the commissioning and day-to-day operations of newly opened care homesEnsure the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care to all residentsMotivate and support care teams to maintain high standards of serviceOversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlEnsure full compliance with all relevant regulations and industry best practicesBuild and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external partnersAnalyse performance data to improve outcomes and operational efficiencyrive service improvements and turnaround initiatives where neededPromote a culture of inclusion, equality, and diversity across all servicesAct as a positive ambassador within the wider communityThe following skills and experienced would be preferred and beneficial for the role :
Proven experience in managing operations in a care home or similar healthcare settingA track record in commissioning or turning around servicesExcellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional serviceStrong knowledge of financial management, compliance, and regulatory requirements in the care home industryStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholdersAbility to analyse data and make informed decisions to achieve business objectivesKnowledge of best practices in quality care and environment for elderly residentsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentHold a full UK driving licenceThe successful Commissioning Operations Manager will receive an excellent salary of £60,000 per annum.
