Credit Controller

Job duties and responsibilities

Daily receiving of payments, allocating necessary information, which facilitates prompt allocation of cash

Schedule monitoring of payment performance leading to suspension of future bookings.

Harnessing the assistance of relevant trade managers in the pursuance of troublesome debtors whilst keeping a commercial perspective

Contact customers to obtain payment and discuss resolve any disputes

Note and follow up on all customer activity.

Comply with shut out procedures for any suspension of no payment performing truckers. Key skills desired Previous credit control experience would be advantageous.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong IT skills Ability to work unsupervised.
