About the Role :
As a Children's Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and families. You will be responsible for :
- Managing a caseload of children and families in need of support.
- Conducting assessments and investigations, including Section 47 enquiries.
- Developing and implementing care plans.
- Working collaboratively with partner agencies, including schools, health services, and the police.
- Attending court and representing the Local Authority.
- Providing advice and support to families.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
