As a Sustainability and Energy Manager you will be responsible for managing :
the energy related element of various design projects, as well as overseeing and managing a variety of energy tasks / projects. This includes :
Energy modelling and low / zero carbon energy concepts (TAS / IES or other energy modelling software)LCEAPassive or low energy design solutionsDesign modelling and calculationsEnergy strategies and statements for planning and ‘As Built' purposesLiaising with clients, other members of the design team, suppliers, and contractors.Providing guidance to junior engineers and CAD / Revit TechniciansPerformance and emission calculationsPassive or low energy design solutionsOverheating (Part O / TM52 / TM59) calculations and reportingTM54 Reports and reporting for BREEAM criteria.Must haves :
CIBSE Low Carbon Consultant
Level 5 LCEA EPC Non-domestic assessor
