The Role : Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts. Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to generate interest in their solutions. Qualify leads based on established criteria and set up appointments for the sales team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns. Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries, converting them into qualified opportunities. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and the overall market landscape. Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge. Requirements : Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and other sales tools. Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role is a plus, but not required. Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. For the right candidate, the base salary range is £35K bonus .
