• Set up and operate brake press machines to bend, form, and shape metal sheets to specified dimensions.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, engineering plans, and work instructions.
• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet customer specifications.
• Adjust machine settings to optimize production and maintain product quality.
• Carry out routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines and targets.
• Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations.Requirements :
• Previous experience setting and operating brake press machines (e.g., Amada, Trumpf, Bystronic, etc.).
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools (verniers, micrometers, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
