Electrical Supervisor – Based in Neath, South Wales | Nationwide Travel |

Location : Neath, South Wales

Travel : Required across UK sites

Team Leadership : Manage 5–15 electricians on exciting industrial projects

We’re on the lookout for a qualified Electrical Supervisor to join our incredible team at OCU Group . As we expand and deliver on high-profile infrastructure and energy transition projects across the UK, you’ll play a key role in leading teams, overseeing installations, and ensuring excellence every step of the way.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Leading and coordinating site teams of 5–15 electricians
• Planning, managing, and delivering electrical projects on time and to budget
• Supervising containment systems, SWA cables, control panels, and fault finding
• Maintaining site safety, compliance, and top-tier workmanship
• Interpreting drawings and working closely with engineers and project teams
• Coaching and supporting electricians – you're a people-first leader
• Promoting a strong HSE culture, ensuring all policies and standards are upheld
