QA / QC Lead (Data Centre)

Gertek is seeking highly motivated and experienced Lead QA / QC Inspectors / Managers to join our team for data centre construction projects. The ideal candidates will ensure all construction activities meet project specifications and quality standards. Locations : 1x Belgium, 1x Sweden Job Title : QA / QC Lead Data Centre Construction Summary : Responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance and quality control to ensure data centre construction projects meet specified standards and client requirements. Responsibilities : Develop and maintain QA / QC plans, procedures, and documentation. Oversee inspections and testing of materials, equipment, and workmanship. Manage non-conformance reporting and corrective / preventive actions. Conduct internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and regulations. Lead and mentor QA / QC personnel. Report on QA / QC performance to project management. Qualifications : Proven experience in QA / QC management within Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards Excellent communication and leadership skills.
