Job DescriptionTo deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our customers.Main responsibilitiesDeliver excellent customer service, at all times, ensuring customers comfort and safetyDeal with all enquires in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mailAssist in keeping the Motorhome and premises clean and tidy, at all timesDeal with customer complaints in a professional mannerKeep up to date with current promotions and Motorhome pricing, to provide information to guests, on request, while maximising Motorhome sales opportunitiesManage and maintain the administration of all reservations, cancellations and no-shows, in line with company policyPropose and implement effective marketing strategies to maximise Motorhome utilization levelsComplete all daily administration tasks as requiredReport any faults or damage in any of the Motorhomes (or Station facilities) immediately to the DirectorMaintain effective communication, at all times, among the team, Director and McRent HQAlways adhere to all company policies and procedures and licensing lawsBe involved and contribute at team meetingsCarry out reasonable instructions given by the Director and head officeBenefits : On-site parking
