Sales & Events Executive

This role sits within our Concessions division, catering for customers at visitor attractions. By continuously developing and keeping ahead of the competition through innovative catering and hospitality offers, our concessions sites aim to make every customer experience memorable. Away from the standard nine to five, these sites offer flexibility and opportunity for hospitality career growth.

Job Title : Part-Time Sales & Event Executive

Location : Brunel's SS Great Britain, Bristol

Hours : Part-Time (25 hours per week, with flexible working hours - including occasional evenings and weekends)

Salary : £16,500

Brunel's SS Great Britain is looking for a proactive, organised and people-focused Sales & Event Executive to join our dynamic team. Working within our Conference & Events department, you'll play a key role in driving event sales, supporting delivery, and ensuring our guests receive world-class service - all from within one of the most unique venues in the country.

What you'll be doing :

• Responding to sales enquiries for weddings, private events, conferences, and corporate hire
• Coordinating events from initial enquiry
• Supporting the promotion of the venue to potential clients via site visits and marketing activity
• Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth event delivery
• Maintaining accurate records and CRM databases
