Product and Customer Consultant

A bit about the job :

Focused initially on car insurance distributed through price comparison sites, our proposition also helps advance Aviva’s sustainability agenda, with our initial product including a carbon offsetting feature. As a Product and Customer consultant, you’ll play an important role within the Aviva Zero product team, working closely with a Senior Product Owner and agile delivery squad to drive forward the implementation of continuous improvement activities, championing commercial and customer-centric initiatives.

Skills and experience we’re looking for :

Good knowledge of the UK General Insurance market and attention to detail to understand business requirements and articulate them into user stories.
Demonstrable operational expertise, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer outcomes.
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to collaborate effectively within agile teams, and demonstrate a customer-focused mindset.
Eagerness to develop hands-on experience within business change and agile delivery methodologies.
Ability to drive change and process improvement within an agile squad, with focus on a specific journey or feature.
