Job Title : Registered Manager Setting : Small Mental Health Care HomeLocation : New MaldenSalary : £60,000Harry At Amber Mace is working with a long-term client who are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a small, dynamic Mental Health & Learning Disability Care Home in New Malden, Surrey. This home has a very strong support from both senior management and Deputy Managers. This role is ideal for a passionate and strategic leader with a proven track record in managing similar services.Key Responsibilities : - Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care.- Lead, develop, and inspire a team to deliver outstanding support for service users.- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and industry best practices.- Drive business growth and maintain strong financial performance.- Build positive relationships with external stakeholders, including local authorities and healthcare professionals.Requirements : - Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a Mental Health & Learning Disability setting.- Strong knowledge of mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and complex needs.- Strong understanding and experience of CQC regulations, quality, and compliance, ensuring the highest standards of care.- Ability to strategically lead teams, improve service delivery, and enhance business growth.- Commercial awareness and financial acumen to manage budgets effectively.- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established care provider who are continuing to grow.
