Facilities by ADF have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement and Stock Control Coordinator to join the team.

Location : Longcross, Surrey, KT16 0EF

Salary : Competitive salary and benefits package

Job Type : Full Time, Permanent

Hours : 45 Hour Week (Inc. paid breaks) 08 : 00 - 17 : 00

Procurement And Stock Control Coordinator - The Role

In this role, you'll manage stock movements, oversee stock replenishment, and ensure accurate storage and distribution within the Workshop and Maintenance Area. You will also be responsible for conducting monthly stock audits, raising purchase orders, and driving a forklift for deliveries. If you have experience in stock control, fleet procurement, and a solid understanding of R2C and Excel, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing company in the TV and film production industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Control stock movements using the existing R2C stock / workshop management system
  • Raise & issue system generated purchase orders for stock replenishment
  • Receive deliveries of ordered items, confirming against purchase orders that correct components and quantities are being received and booked in
  • Store received components in their system allocated stock location
  • Control stock storage locations within the Workshop and Maintenance Area, ensuring stock is secure and correctly booked in & allocated out to meet operational activities
  • Order Maintenance area stock replenishment to agreed stock holding volumes
  • Complete monthly stock audits & account for any anomalies in stock holding -v- Recorded Stock numbers
  • Drive Forklift for unloading and loading of deliveries and collections

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of R2C
  • Valid forklift driving licence
  • Basic working understanding of Excel spreadsheets
  • Excellent communications skills, verbal and written
  • Experience of working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to work alone and within a team
  • Ability to multitask efficiently & safely within a dynamic and fast paced workshop environment
  • Previous fleet procurement and stock control experience, ideal rather than essential
