Role : SEN Teacher with QTSLocation : Eltham, South-East LondonStart Date : 15th March 2025Contract : Until the end of the academic year, with an option to extend until December 2025Salary : M1 - M6 (£8,766 - £50,288, dependent on experience)

About the Role :

Seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher with QTS to support children with complex learning, social, emotional, and communication needs.Must have a strong understanding of SEN strategies and experience adapting teaching to suit diverse needs.Confident in assessing and tracking progress, implementing EHCPs, and working with parents, support staff, and external professionals.Requires excellent behaviour management skills and the ability to create a nurturing and structured learning environment.

Responsibilities of the SEN Teacher with QTS :

Plan and deliver highly differentiated lessons for children with SEN.Implement sensory, communication, and therapeutic interventions.Work closely with SENCOs, support staff, and external agencies to provide tailored support.Foster a structured, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.Track and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching methods as needed.Maintain strong relationships with parents and carers.Ensure safeguarding policies are followed and contribute to the wider school community in Eltham.
