We are actively looking for Staff Nurses at band 5 to come and work within Wye Valley NHS Trust in Herefordshire. This is an exciting time to be working here.

Main duties of the job

Wye Valley NHS Trust is the first of its kind in England as an Integrated Care Organisation that combines acute and community care. The key principles of the organisation are to improve the health and well being of the people we serve in Herefordshire and the surrounding areas. As the first integrated provider of acute, community and social care in England, we aim to build new relationships between our staff, patients, service users and their carers, and with the wider community.

We are a clinical and practitioner-led organisation owned by our local community and staff. There are plenty of opportunities to work in a variety of settings and opportunities to rotate through community and an acute hospital environment.

We currently have vacancies in : ICU - permanent and fixed term contracts available

Proven acute ward experience is required.

We offer a critical care induction and critical care competency framework linked to the critical care networks.
