Due to this business growth, my client is seeking a senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to lead a major £30 million commerical development in the heart of London on behalf a tier one principal contractor. With the project being in the pre-construction stage currently, this project is set to commence within the next 4 months. What we're looking for : In a Senior M&E quantity Surveyor role with example of successful project delivery upwards of £10 million M&E value.Commerical project experience from inception till completion.Career longevity.Client facing and career driven looking to progress.Within a journey time of 1 hour 30 minutes to Central London. Responsibilities / Skills & ExperienceDuties include but are not limited to the following, preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and / or the client.Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies.Perform risk, value management and cost control.Advise on a procurement strategy.Identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks.Prepare and analyse costings for tenders.Allocate work to subcontractors.Provide advice on contractual claims.Analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports.Value completed work and arrange payments.
