Graduate / Trainee / Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Duchy Homes have a vacancy for a Trainee / Graduate or Assistant Quantity Surveyor based in Leeds , this is a fantastic opportunity to join the business and earn a full-time salary whilst studying part-time BSc (Honours) Quantity Surveying degree apprenticeship .

Key Responsibilities :

• Procurement Support : Help manage the procurement process by assisting with tender evaluations and liaising with suppliers and subcontractors
• Financial Reporting : Assist in preparing and submitting interim CVRs , managing variations, and final accounts.
• Contract Administration : Support the administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
• Site Visits : Participate in weekly site visits to understand project progress and assist with measuring quantities on-site.
• Record Keeping : Maintain accurate project records and assist in preparing reports for the senior quantity surveying team.
• Training and Development : Take an active role in your own learning and development, including working towards relevant professional qualifications
