What to expect :
Responsible for a combination of 2nd / 3rd line technical support and IMAC (Installs moves and changes) activity to customers via deskside visits, walk ups to the Tech Bar or remotelyAbility to respond and resolve all assigned calls within prescribed SLA’sAbility to take action and escalate any issues that cannot be resolved or are in danger of not meeting SLA’sLiaise with Service Desk and client’s infrastructure teams for the resolution of customer issuesAbility to identify root cause issues from a desktop perspective and escalate to engineering teams accordingly, install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applicationsResponsible for providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reportsUpdate Call Management System, clearly specifying progress and resolution detailsInstall and configure desktop / laptop products into network environment, along with monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networksAbility to prioritise and manage many open cases at one time, and work continuously on a task until completionWhat we expect from you :
Relevant experience working in an IT support roleCompletion of Microsoft MD-100 Modern Desktop certification, MD-101 Managing Modern Desktops and have knowledge of Azure AD & Intune.Strong communication skills with clients, colleagues and managementYou will take on full responsibility, with customers at your focus, and the ability to make good judgementsAbility to take initiative.Time managed and organised, you can meet SLA’s that are prescribes and take appropriate action to ensure none of them are exceeded.Ability to work as a team with colleagues, buildings strong relationships with customers and other professionals, such as software developersStrong analytical capability, ability to demonstrate practical troubleshooting and problem analysis techniquesExcellent organisational, prioritising, and managing workload skillsExperience in the following will be beneficial to your application : Microsoft Winows operating systems Software packages : Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative SuiteWhat to do next :
