Senior Associate FF&E Designer

We are working on behalf of an awardwinning internationally renowned Interior Designer Studio in their current search for a Senior / Associate FF&E Designer to join their wellestablished team in Central London.

You will be joining a wellestablished team leading on several luxury and superprime Residential projects across London. This opportunity would be ideal for a Senior or Associate FF&E Designer looking to take their career to the next level

Hours : 9 : 00 am 6 : 00 pm Monday to FridayLocation : South Kensington LondonDuties :
Curate and source exquisite FF&E pieces ensuring they align with the studios luxury design ethos and meet project briefs.Oversee procurement supplier negotiations and budget management to ensure timely and costeffective delivery of FF&E items.Work closely with interior designers to develop and execute cohesive highend design concepts.Lead and mentor junior and midweight FF&E designers providing guidance and delegating tasks effectively.Plan project resources manage budgets and coordinate the installation of FF&E components to the highest standards.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients presenting design concepts and managing expectations.Conduct regular site visits to oversee installations ensuring quality control and adherence to project specifications.Requirements :
Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Interior Design or a related fieldProven experience delivering luxury hospitality or highend residential projects in the UKStrong project management skills with the ability to run projects from concept to completionExcellent knowledge of FF&E Suppliers Materials and finishesGreat attention to detail and good eye for designProficiency in Vectorworks / AutoCad Adobe Suite and other relevant design softwareExcellent time management skills and ability to thrive in a fastpaced environmentA highquality portfolio showcasing exceptional FF&E design workPrevious experience in a senior role with team management responsibilities is highly desirableRequired Experience :
