2 years Fixed Term Contract)

32,500 salary, £2,000 welcome bonus, £500 Flex allowance plus bonus and benefits

What is the Programme?

Its for 2 years. The IT Graduate role will experience the full breadth of a diverse and fast paced IT function. Working across our teams the role experience a range of opportunities, developing skills in business analysis, test management, project management, innovation and customer service for example. The role will build experience a wide range of technologies and work with them to deliver business value.

Do you have what we're looking for?

  • Achieved or predicted 2 : 1 grade in a technology discipline(e.g. Computer Science)? (Graduated 2024 or projected for 2025)
  • Understanding of how technology can be used to support a range of business processes
  • Understanding of a range of delivery mechanisms e.g. waterfall and agile
  • Awareness of service management and outline Knowledge of IT V3
  • Ability to coordinate the delivery of small initiatives
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to research solutions
  • Strong verbal and written skills, able to translate and deliver technical information to a non-technical audience
  • Strong influential skills, and the ability to build strong relationships at all business levels
  • Knowledge of business analysis, requirements management and testing
  • Knowledge of process mapping and an ability to identify and drive process efficiencies
  • Knowledge of IT Market and trends
  • Team working- you'll enjoy working in a team environment, sharing ideas, and collaborating with colleagues as well as other graduates

    Selection Process

  • An online application that will involve a CV – closing date 7th November 2024
  • Online assessments to demonstrate your strengths and the necessary behaviours to be successful
  • If successful a virtual 1st stage screening call
  • An assessment centre with group and individual activities as well as a behaviour-based interview with the opportunity to meet managers and explore the airport.
