Position - Service Coordinator - Materials Handling

Impact Handling are actively recruiting for a service coordinator to work within a busy depot environment. You will ideally have experience working in a similar role and industry.

You will be a key part of the service operation and be a great communicator, you will be dealing with a wide range of people both external and internal and be able to organise a busy and varied workload.

This is a cradle to grave role where you manage the process of opening jobs, communicating with customer and engineer and following this through to job completion. This is a busy, well balanced opportunity where you will have a chance to make a real difference to our customers and service offering.

Skills and Experience - Service Coordinator - Materials Handling

Experience coordinating a field-based team of engineers

Good communicator with the ability to speak with engineers and business managers

Organised with the ability to prioritise

Good attitude with the ability to stay motivated and productive
