You will be involved in the development of housing and apartment schemes, with a significant focus on procurement, tendering, cost control, and reporting. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial success and smooth running of the project, managing costs and ensuring value for money throughout all stages of development.Key Responsibilities : Procurement & Tendering : Lead and manage the procurement processes for contractors, suppliers, and services. Prepare and issue tender documents, evaluate bids, and assist with contractor selection.Cost Control & Management : Oversee and control the project budget, providing regular cost reports and forecasts. Ensure the project stays within financial constraints, identifying and addressing potential cost overruns early.Contract Administration : Manage and administer contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
