Position : Part Time and Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurses / LPNs Location : North Wales

• Must be willing to provide in-home nursing care services (wound care, infusion services, medication education) to adults in the home setting.
• Responsible for documenting in the electronic record all visits with detailed nursing notes to coincide with care provided.
• Provide oversight for non-skilled staff members providing direct care to recipients in the home setting.
• Role is primarily field based with minimal time spent in the office; schedule is flexible.
• Must be a graduate from an accredited LPN / LVN School of Nursing.
• Must be licensed in the state of Pennsylvania, as an LPN.
• One, or more, years of experience, in a community / home health agency or in a home setting, is  preferred  but not required.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must have a criminal background check.
• Must have current CPR certification. Online certification is not acceptable.
• Physical and TB test required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with current active auto insurance.
