Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a friendly and vibrant school team in the OL9 area .
Key Responsibilities :
Learning Support : Collaborate with class teachers to deliver engaging lessons that help all pupils reach their full potential.
Lesson Preparation : Assist in planning and delivering differentiated activities tailored to individual learning needs.
Pupil Support : Provide focused support to individuals and small groups, particularly those with additional learning needs or challenges.
Progress Monitoring : Observe, assess, and record pupil progress, providing meaningful feedback to support learning outcomes.
Behaviour Management : Help maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment through effective behaviour support.
Administrative Assistance : Support daily classroom operations, including resource preparation and maintaining displays.
Ideal Candidate :
Qualifications : Holds or is working towards a recognised HLTA qualification (or equivalent).
Experience : Previous experience in a primary school setting is essential. Experience with special educational needs (SEN) is highly desirable.
Skills : Strong communication, teamwork, and pupil support abilities.
Passion : A genuine love for working with children and helping them succeed.
