Vacancy : RICS SURVEYOR & REGISTERED VALUER

Location : KingstonuponThames KT1

Salary : OTE 60k

Position : Permanent Full Time

We are seeking an Assoc RICS or RICSqualified Surveyor and Registered Valuer (VRS) who is looking for a new opportunity in the Property Surveying sector.

Our client a n established residential and commercial surveying firm are looking for a skilled and motivated surveyor to conduct highquality valuations and surveys across a diverse range of properties.

This role offers the chance to work on a wide variety of residential and commercial projects providing expert insight and detailed reports that help clients make informed property decisions.

Skills required for this RICS Surveyor & Registered Valuer role will include :

• Assoc RICS or RICS qualification (essential)
• Registered Valuer (VRS) status (essential)
• Experience conducting residential and / or commercial property surveys and valuations
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
