Teaching Assistant - Mainstream Primary School – West KensingtonPosition : Teaching AssistantLocation : West Kensington, W14Contrat Type : Full-time - ASAP start until JulyHours : 8.30am-4pmSalary : £100-£120 per dayWe are working with an Independent Prep School in West Kensington, who are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant and caring school community.The Role :

• Working with on a 1 : 1 basis with a boy in Year 3 with ASD & challenging behaviour
• You will be based both in the classroom and outside the classroom, carrying out various activities such as sports, arts & crafts, games etc
• You will help to create a supportive and engaging environment, tailoring your approach to meet individual needs of the childAbout You : We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting children with SEN and has the following :
• Previous experience working with SEN children with ASD & , preferably in a primary school OR SEN setting
• Comes from a Sports background who enjoys coaching children and getting involved in sports activities
• Understanding of the various special educational needs and strategies for supporting them
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire children
