Hotel Pastry Chef - Permanent Contract

4 DAYS ON & 3 DAYS OFF!

Somerset countryside location

Full-time - mix of breakfast, lunch & dinner service

34,000 per annum + tronc & incredible perks

Your Role :

  • Lead the pastry section and craft exceptional desserts
  • Work alongside talented chefs, contributing to menu development with seasonal, estate-grown ingredients
  • Ensure high standards in prep, service, and hygiene
  • Inspire junior chefs, sharing your knowledge and passion for pastry
  • Maintain the elegance and presentation of every dessert, showcasing your creative flair

  • A passionate Pastry Chef ready to take the lead and inspire a team
  • Experienced in creating fine desserts with seasonal, locally sourced produce
  • Detail-focused, calm under pressure, with a creative eye for plating
  • A natural team player with a desire to grow and learn
  • A full UK driving license (essential due to the rural location)
  • Trials happening this week - IMMEDIATE START
