An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service providerhas arisen! We are currently recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a team of 4 engineers at a prestigious commercial building near King's Cross station.

Working Hours : 10 : 00-19 : 00 , Monday to Friday

Responsibilities of the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Planned Preventative Maintenance of all plant associated with HVAC systems

Replacement of bearings, seals, filters, and associated components

Knowledge of general building services practices

Strong Mechanical experience with some Electrical knowledge

Bulk of the work includesemergency lights, fan coils, AHUs, pressurisation vessels, pumps

Ensuring that all statutory building compliance is upheld

About You as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Qualified In a Mechanical discipline with certificates.

Plumbing and Mechanical skills

Experience with PPMs on commercial systems

Steady and progressive work history

Experienced in work on large scale building services applications
