We are Active Care Group, one of the leading providers of complex care. Within the Care in the Home division, we support clients with complex health needs to live at home.

We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker at our clients care package in East Marden (West Sussex).

Due to the nature of this role we can only accept candidates with a Full UK driving license for the day shifts.

When you'll be working :

Days and Sleep Night shifts available
24 hour shifts available
Day shifts 8am - 11pm
Sleep Nights shifts 11pm - 8am
Full time and Part time available, depending how many shifts you are looking for.

What you'll be doing :

This role is to support our male client in their own home and out in the community. Which will involve supporting with personal care, medication, moving and handling.

No previous experience required as full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.

Up to ;per hour for days or £80 per Sleep night shift

Full specialist training , shadow shifts, and ongoing support from the Care Manager provided
