About The Role

We are currently seeking a Receptionist with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the busy team at our Norwood Dental Clinic. Our 5 surgery clinic is based in the high street, is open 7 days a week, has a fantastic team and offers both NHS and private treatments including implants and aligners.

Hours :  Monday to Friday 08 : 45 - 17 : 30

About You

You will be patient orientated with a focus on delivering excellence in all areas of the patient life-cycle. You must be reliable and punctual with a warm and welcoming manner. Customer service experience is essential and experience working within dental / medical / health care or a sales focused environment would be highly beneficial.

The main duties will include :

  • Answering phones, responding to email enquiries, greeting patients
  • Booking and managing dentist day lists and diary appointments
  • Completing non-clinical tasks and ensuring an accurate filing management system is maintained
  • Excellent patient, colleague and management journeys
  • Adherence to dental regulatory and clinical administration guidelines
