Job Description
We are looking for a Live in Care Professional with a kind, compassionate heart, who wants to make a true difference to the quality of life for a client in the Brentwood area. As a Live In Care Professional, you will live in the client's home and provide a variety of non-medical services to help them keep independent in their own home.
The role of a Live-in Care Professional is both rewarding and challenging, with great support from both family and the Home Instead Team.
- As a Live-in Care Professional, you will be required to provide the highest quality care of 12 hours per day with a two hour break.
- This role is a working pattern of two weeks on and two weeks off
- You will be responsible for delivering your client's personalised care plan and health goals, enabling clients to live life to the full in their own home.
- You will assist the Client with their meal preparation, personal care (if required), light housework, errands, companionship and keeping your client active and ensure their safety at all times.
- You will maintain a positive relationship with your client, their family, friends and those supporting their health and wellbeing as well as being trustworthy and compassionate.
Qualifications
A flexible individual, who is passionate about supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. Training will be provided.
