We are recruiting for our client who is a leading precision engineering company in Rotherham, specialising in high-quality CNC machining. Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced CNC Millers and CNC Turners to join their skilled team. If you have experience in Fanuc and Hurco controls and are looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you!

Shift Pattern - Rotating Weeks

6.30am - 3pm - Monday - Thursday, 6.30am-2pm -Friday

2.30pm - 11pm - Monday - Thursday, 1pm-8.30pm - Friday

Available Roles

As a CNC Miller, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines to produce high-precision components.

CNC Turner - Setter, Operator, Programmer

As a CNC Turner, you will program, set, and operate CNC turning machines, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in production.

Role Responsibilities of a CNC Miller or CNC Turner

Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling / turning machines

Working with Fanuc and Hurco controls

Reading and interpreting technical drawings

Ensuring high standards of quality and precision

Optimising machining processes for efficiency

Performing quality checks and basic machine maintenance

Requirements of a CNC Miller or CNC Turner

Proven experience in CNC milling or turning (setting, operating, and programming)

Strong knowledge of Fanuc and Hurco controls

Ability to read and work from engineering drawings

Experience in a precision engineering environment

Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
