Learning and Development Specialist

We re looking for a Learning and Development Specialist for our public sector client based in Swindon on an initial 6-month contract paying up to market rates per day Inside IR35.

This role offers hybrid working with a mix of on-site and remote delivery.

You ll be supporting a busy learning function with a focus on digital learning platforms procurement engagement and programme coordination.

The successful Learning and Development Specialist will have proven experience in :

Supporting procurement activities and tender submissions related to learning or digital education services

Working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and ensuring integration with platforms such as Oracle

Analysing learning outcomes producing evaluation reports and applying recognised learning impact models

Engaging with stakeholders across areas like EDI wellbeing and talent development

Coordinating learning delivery course scheduling and provider liaison

Creating or adapting digital learning content using tools such as Rise 360
