Company DescriptionDo you want to join a rapidly expanding, forward thinking and agile organisation that provides an opportunity to grow together?If you have ambitions to play a key part in driving our business forwards, then we want you to join us at an exciting time of development and growth to realise your full potential.Here at BJF, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our exciting and expanding construction biased business, where you can help support the FM division as a Maintenance Electrician.Working with a large portfolio of public and private sector clients, our UK based organisation comprises of several divisions including Mechanical & Electrical, Construction, Projects, Reactive, FM, Small Works and other associated tradesPositionYour responsibilities : Respond to reactive calls, carry out first fix where possible and scoping quotes for repair where first fix is not possible, ensuring minimum downtime.Carry out all planned maintenance tasks as per program and keep accurate auditable records of works planned and completed.To ensure that the site is kept in good order internally and externally - and to given specification and ensure timely completion.Working within all Health and Safety criteria and processes relevant to work activities.Show a proactive approach to Health & safety in the work environment and take the necessary steps to ensure risks are mitigated.Client facing, therefore maintaining high standards of customer care and workmanshipBe flexible and undertake other reasonable duties to accommodate operational requirements.Work from a call out rota when required.RequirementsWhat you’ll bring : Experience of planned preventative maintenance and reactive works / tasks completed within KPI’sRepairs following a Periodic Electrical Installation Condition Report.
