Job descriptionOversee and lead a team of trades on various construction projects. Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and project specifications Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure smooth workflow Conduct site inspections and ensure safety regulations are followed Assist with hands-on carpentry work as needed Proven experience as a carpenter, with supervisory or foreman experience Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Competitive Salary Annual Bonus 5 Weeks paid holiday (including bank holidays) Company van Tools provided
Lionsgate Contractors are currently looking for an experienced Foreman / Site Manager to start on a permanent basis with a valued client, based in the Worcestershire area.
Successful candidates Must :
- Site Manager qualification - SSSTS, SMSTS, First Aid - preferred.
- Background with Carpentry.
- Happy with travelling to various sites and working away when needed.
- Located in : Evesham, Pershore, Tewkesbury, Gloucester, Malvern or Worcester - due to the location of the sites.
