CLASS 1 DRIVERMONDAY 3RD MARCH WORKING 6AM-6PMPAY RATE : 16.00 PER HOURPeople Solutions are currently recruiting for a Class 1 Driver to join our well-established client based in Newbridge.BenefitsAs a Class 1 Driver you will receive the following benefits : Competitive Hourly RatesWeekly PayImmediate StartsDay to Day DutiesYour duties as a Class 1 Driver will involve but not be limited to : Operate and drive a Class 1 vehicle in a safe and efficient manner to complete multi drop deliveries across West Lothian - West CalderPerform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspectionsEnsure all cargo is loaded and secured properlyAdhere to traffic laws and regulationsCommunicate effectively with dispatch and customersReport any vehicle defects or maintenance needs to managementAssist with loaded and unloading of cargo as neededEssential SkillsAs a Class 1 Driver you will need to : Hold a valid UK Category CE LicenceHave a minimum of 12 months experience driving CE vehiclesNo more than six penalty points for minor infringements and no major endorsement codesHave a valid UK CPC Card & UK Digi CardMust be able to speak and read a good level of EnglishPunctuality and excellent time keeping skillsHave a good understanding of traffic laws and regulationsEffective communication skillsBe able to register in our Livingston office prior to Monday 3rd March 2025Desirable ExperienceExperience driving any commercial vehicles would be beneficialPrevious experience conducting multi drop deliveries will be desirableTrainingNo training providedApplyApply today by clicking below!
