Job description

We're looking for a talented and passionate Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping the future of our workforce by developing and delivering exceptional training experiences.

  • Develop and implement a company-wide training strategy.
  • Identify and assess training needs across all departments.
  • Create and deliver engaging training programs and materials.
  • Source and manage external training providers.
  • Maintain comprehensive training records and documentation.
  • Conduct new employee inductions and ongoing skills assessments.
