Rate of Pay : Up to £40 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing :

Join our team as a Community Physiotherapist and play a vital role in supporting patients across falls prevention, rehabilitation, and rapid response services. In this role, you will :

Perform comprehensive patient assessments in the community

Develop and implement individualised care and rehab plans

Support timely discharges and reduce hospital admissions

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners

Maintain clear and accurate clinical documentation

Requirements & Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, you will need :

A current and valid HCPC registration

Previous experience in community settings, rehab, or falls prevention

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence working autonomously and as part of an MDT

A passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care

Working Hours & Contract Duration :

This is a flexible full-time locum position , requiring availability Monday to Friday with some flexibility where needed. The contract is ongoing , with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
