About the Role :
In this role, you will be part of a progressive team dedicated to supporting young people as they navigate the challenges of growing up. The organisation focuses on recovery from adverse childhood experiences, with a specialisation in risk management for those with complex needs. You will work in a residential and supported accommodation setting, contributing to innovative and high-quality care interventions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Safeguarding and Compliance : Uphold and contribute to the service's safeguarding policies, ensuring all activities align with statutory responsibilities.
- Service Delivery Oversight : Monitor and evaluate service delivery, ensuring it meets the standards expected from a corporate parent.
- Case Management : Provide comprehensive oversight of all cases, ensuring the delivery team meets all service requirements.
- Risk Management : Develop and maintain risk management and support plans that are comprehensive and compliant with organisational policies.
- Referral Management : Oversee and coordinate new referrals, focusing on creating immediate placement stability.
- File Management : Ensure all case files are audit-ready and maintained to a high standard.
- Partnership and Advocacy : Work closely with statutory bodies, attend relevant meetings, and advocate for a psychologically informed environment.
- Relationship Building : Establish strong, trusting relationships with young people and other stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.
