Additionally, the role requires colleague's to maintain and clean all surface and foul water drainage systems in the stores to pre-determined standards in an efficient and cost-effective manner.Key Responsibilities :

• Respond promptly and positively to service call requests from the Helpdesk and to assess the requirements of the job and carry out repairs as and where necessary.
• Where the sanitary ware or general plumbing / drainage is beyond repair, to make recommendations to the Area Maintenance Manager regarding suitable replacement / alternatives.
• Prioritise maintenance and repair work to achieve agreed timescales and response times.
• Ensure all retail staff are aware of and understand company practices and procedures relating to plumbing / drainage systems.Qualifications / Experience : Essential
