Working Groundwork Ganger - Culvert Works

McGinley are seeking an experienced Working Ganger to lead a team on culvert installation and maintenance projects. This role requires hands-on supervision, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. You will oversee drainage and culvert works, coordinate and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

START DATE : 17TH MARCH

DURATION : ONGOING

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and work alongside a team carrying out culvert installation.
• Maintain high safety standards and ensure team compliance with site regulations.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications for drainage and culvert work.
• Organise materials, machinery, and workforce efficiently .
• Communicate effectively with site engineers, managers, and other trades .
• Carry out quality checks to ensure precision and durability .
