Director - Employers Agent

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the Employers Agent function, overseeing a wide range of projects across various sectors.
• Provide expert advice to clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the project.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage contractual matters with a keen focus on mitigating risks.
• Take a hands-on approach in managing a team of professionals, providing mentorship and fostering career development.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the team and wider business, identifying opportunities for new projects and expanding client relationships.
