Factory Cleaner - Bakery

Location : Inverness, Scotland

Hours : Part-time, 5 days per week (8 : 00 - 17 : 00) - Monday to Friday

Pay Rate : £12.60 per hour

About Us :

We are recruiting for one of our clients who are a well-known local bakery, renowned for their delicious cakes and sweets, which are freshly made in their central premises, before being sold in their shops across the Highlands. They take great pride in maintaining high hygiene and cleanliness standards to ensure the best quality for their customers.

Job Description :

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking cleaner to join our client's team at their bakery's central premises. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary working environment, ensuring that the factory meets food hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Cleaning and sanitising work surfaces, equipment, and floors in the bakery factory.
  • Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly.
  • Cleaning staff facilities, including break areas and restrooms.
  • Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard following hygiene regulations.
  • Reporting any maintenance or hygiene issues to the management team.

Requirements :

  • Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
  • Knowledge of cleaning and hygiene best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • Attention to detail to ensure high cleanliness standards.
